With years of experience, Asri has honed his expertise in multiple areas of law, making him a trusted advisor to clients operating in diverse industries such as construction, consumer goods, property and land, aviation, retail, banking and finance, start-up company, oil and gas, mining and many more. His practice covers a wide array of commercial disputes, bankruptcy and restructuring, civil and criminal cases, industrial relation disputes, consumer disputes and arbitration. Through his career, Asri has demonstrated a profound ability to navigate complex legal challenges, always prioritizing his clients’ interest and striving for resolutions that meet both their needs and long-term goals.

Asri began his legal journey as public defender at Legal Aid Centre for the Press, where he developed a strong foundation in advocacy and the protection of individual rights. His commitment to legal profession grew as he continued his work in prominent law firms, sharpening his skill set and gaining invaluable experience. In 2013, he joined Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners where he played a pivotal role until 2019. During his time, Asri built a strong reputation for handling intricate cases, from bankruptcy proceedings to corporate disputes. His depth of knowledge and strategic approach to problem-solving quickly became highly sought after by businesses and individuals alike. In addition to his ongoing legal practice, Asri has actively participated in numerous high-profile restructuring processes, including one of the largest and most complex restructuring cases in Indonesia. His hands-on involvement in these high-stakes matters has solidified his reputation as a leader in the field of bankruptcy and corporate recovery, helping stakeholders navigate some of the most intricate and challenging financial crises in the country.

Asri earned his law degree (S.H.) from the Faculty of Law, Hasanuddin University with honors, graduating cum laude predicate. Furthering his education, he pursued a master degree in law (M.H.) from the University of Indonesia. In recognition of his extensive experience and expertise, Asri is registered at Ministry of Law and Human Rights as an Administrator and Receiver, and he is a member of Association of Receiver and Administrator Indonesia (Ikatan Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia - IKAPI) and Indonesia Bar Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia - PERADI).

His exceptional work in the legal field earned him the prestigious nomination for “Dispute Resolution Lawyer of the Year” at the 2019 Indonesia Law Award by Asian Legal Business. In addition to his legal practice, Asri is an active speaker at seminars, sharing his knowledge on Bankruptcy and Restructuring, as well as Industrial Relation Dispute, thereby contributing to the legal community and educating the next generation of professionals in the field.
