- Drafting, reviewing the Collective Labor Agreement of Company and its related documents and/ or agreement;
- Providing legal opinion based on the prevailing labor laws and regulations and other sources such as jurisprudences in Indonesia particularly in relation with termination of employment relation procedures;
- Identifying the profile case of the respective employees;
- Providing the response to reprimand letter of the resigned employee;
- Assisting the client in termination of employment process during bipartite stage, tripartite stage (conciliation or mediation) at the relevant manpower office and industrial relation court stage.
